The story in this episode is loosely based on the actual case of Max Factor heir Andrew Luster, who was also in Mexico.

Jordan: Yeah. Doesn't make us pals, Cruz. So far, not a big fan.
Cruz: That's alright. You know, I grow on people.
Jordan: So does fungus. (edit) Woody: What part of 'benched' didn't you grasp, Jordan?

Macy: No. And make sure it's the last time you do. (edit) Jordan: It’s the dead bodies that are easy. The living ones get a little more complicated.
