Goof: A gun is pulled from a muck hole where it sat for 10 years, if you can even place a bullet in the chamber that would be a surprise. A gun that had been sitting like that for years would likely explode when it was test fired. (edit) Goof: Jordan wants to review autopsy photos, because the wounds are inconclusive as to entry and exit. This would lead the viewer to believe no bullet was found, as this would have established direction and created a problem for the prosecutor. But after the suspect's gun is found, it is ruled out as the murder weapon because it's test fired bullet doesn't match the murder bullet that was obviously never found, nor mentioned. (edit)
