The DNA match confirmed that Valerie's rapist wasn't the man behind bars. For 6 years the wrong man spent time in jail. They found prints of the man in valeries appartment. The rapist let himself in with Valeries key and he's out there with the same key. Real Extate agent places himself at Valeries house with access to the keys. The real estate agent winds up dead. Valerie killed the man. This is another great installment of CSI MIAMI. This is one of the reasons that I love this show. They've always got something that is so exciting!!!! ! !

One of the better episodes. hide show

This episode was really good. Usually you can start to guess who the guilty party is about halfway through the episode but this time around it was difficult. There were several suspects who all seemed just as likely. The storyline moved on very well and it was never too obvious who was actually guilty.

It also brought up some interesting questions. Was the killer right to murder the rapist? Are some lives worth less than others? Are some crimes worse than others? The answer I felt we got was that sometimes it's more understandable when somebody committs a terrible crime, but a life is always a life and it's never right to murder someone.

It was also great to see Alexx with a bigger storyline. I love her character, but I don't think they should use her too often, since she might lose her charm if we see too much of her. But in this episode it was a good ammount. She had a good storyline which played nicely in the background.

There were two questions that popped into my head though... First, why were they so suspicious of Doug being able to afford that fancy boat, when Valerie's house looks like it must have cost a fortune? If she can afford that she can surely help her boyfriend buy a boat. And second, since Valerie and Doug were together when Jeff was killed why did they tell the cops they weren't? Saying "I was at home with my boyfriend" sounds a lot better than "I was home alone".

    10 Perfect

the actor Micheal Shanks was wonderful. He's so expressive with the body language and facial expressions. He made me look him up and I found Stargate, wow you snagged a good one for your show. He's incredible! hide show

I loved it, loved the concept of this whole thing coming from a science level. It made me wonder how many people are in prison for crimes they didnt commit, because the technology wasnt there. And how many got away becasue of science? It was thought provoking and i really enjoyed the story line. Go Horatio, get em'

This was an ok episode, but could have been better. hide show

CSI: Miami uses a story that is all to frequent in the news these days. DNA clears someone who is in jail for a serious crime. That is great. As technology advances so will the chances people who have been wrongly convicted can be cleared alot sooner. The rape victim was the obvious suspect in the actual rapist homicide. I wander who the mole is gonna be. Also, when the bring in the girl for autopsy and find that she actually died from an infection do to negligence in the operating room; this makes Alex mad. Delko tells her that his sister takes marijuana to help her with her cancer and causes ALex to dig into the doctor(who performed the surgery)life. What she finds out she could have gone to the medical board and turned him in, but she didnt, she gave the doctor the opportunity to leave the profession with dignity. I thought this was nice. I really am not a big Alex fan. I dont know why the writers have her talking to the dead bodies. I have seen a couple of autopsy's in person and none of the coroners ahve talked to the dead people.

    Good episode hide show

Definitely not the best ep I have seen of CSI:Miami but it was OK. I like that they had the Alexx subplot about Ecstacy. I have known a lot of people that have doen that drug. Who know it could cause Parkinson's....whoa! The more I watch the more I am disliking Boa Vista...and I can't get over Wolfe...wow I love Jon Togo. He seems like the type of guy you could have a beer and a laugh with...LOL
