When gang-related gunplay goes down in an emergency room, Horatio and the team must find the gang members responsible. The evidence suggests that an orderly in the hospital recognized the wounded gang member, who possibly killed one of the orderly's friends and alerted gang members to his location. However, the evidence doesn't match up and the CSIs discover that a cheating girlfriend, not gang retaliation, may be behind the shooting. Meanwhile, Ryan questions a mother in the emergency room after her story regarding her child doesn't add up.

Calleigh: Why would Ana Garcia willingly give us the murder weapon?.
Delko: Either she doesn't know or she's a great actress. She claimed she was just making the bed.
Calleigh: Well I guess now she's going to have to lay in it. (edit) Horatio: So you're admitting you killed Calvin?
Gang Member: You know my homeboy Hector, he wanted a chance, just got jumped in... he wanted his first (kill). I said go ahead, unfortunately homeboy was a bad shot. I took a murderer off the streets man, just like you, case closed "ese".
Horatio: How civic minded of you. (edit) Horatio: ...two dead, four injured, a phone call you made produced quite a hefty body count, and in my world that's called accessory to felony murder. (edit) Det. Salas: ...collateral damage, gang shoot-outs usually go down in the streets in their own territories, this time it was in a public place.
Horatio: So they brought the war to us... now we're going to take it to them. (edit) Horatio: Frank. I understand that you and Ramon have some history.
Frank: Yeah, I've been arresting this guy since he was about yea high! You're getting' up there, Ramon. Are you out of your teens yet?
Ramon Morales : Twenty-one.

Goof: Throughout the episode, many of the characters constantly switch between calling the gang leader 'Primero' and 'Premiro'!

Goof: When Calleigh was talking to Alex (in the morgue), Alex asked her a question. Calleigh replied "Togo's still holding down the fort". Togo is the actor's name. She should have said Ryan or Wolfe.
