Quotes

John Hagen: I'm just saying, it's a hell of a lonely road he's walking.

Trivia

add »
Goof: In the opening scene, when we see Abby Sandoval shot and her car window break, she brings her hands up to cover her face after the glass breaks. However, she was shot in the temple, which was supposed to have been instantly fatal. She would have been dead before she could bring her hands up. (edit)
Goof: Near the end of the episode, when Horatio dials the accused phone number and the phone starts ringing on his case, after some seconds Horatio closes the phone ending the call, but the phone inside the case continues to ring. (edit)
When the phantom portrait is being done, you clearly see that same type of hair style comes back several times on the screen and that the guy who makes it clicks between the different hair styles is to quick for him to change it after what Carmen says. They could have made it more realistic, but I guess they were to lazy. (edit)
Delko went to college at the University of Miami, where he played right-field for the Hurricanes, the school's baseball team. (edit)
Goof: About seven minutes into the episode, the Assistant State Attorney confronts Horatio outside of the lab. When he describes the case and its evidence, he means to say "His DNA under her fingernails," but he messes up his line and says "His DNA under his fingernails," which makes absolutely no sense in the context of the evidence. The actor clearly flubbed his line. (edit)

Allusions

add »
Calleigh: Be still my heart.
This line comes from a quote by the ancient Greek poet Homer: "Be still my heart; thou hast known worse than this." (edit)
Horatio: We've got mail.
Horatio refers to the 1998 film You've Got Mail. (edit)
