Lindsay: I'm sorry.
Danny: What? What are you sorry about?
Lindsay: You were not supposed to be here. You took my shift. (edit) Peyton: Have you seen Mac?
Sid: No, have you checked the other side of the building?
Peyton: Yeah, I have. Twice.
Sid: Well, I imagine he's looking for you, you're looking for him, and you're both circling the building... stay put and he'll find you. (edit) Flack: Let's do this. (holding gun in his hand) (edit) Gunman: That's a cute toy you got there.
Flack: Why don't you come out here and I'll show you how to use it. (edit) Danny: There's no way you're gonna make this shot Montana.
Lindsay: A Benjamin says I do. (She makes the shot) You owe me $100.
Danny: You know what... you're gonna have to wait till pay day.
Lindsay: No. You either pay me now, or come up with something better. (edit)

Goof: Despite all the pressure they're under, and the very simple instruction 'Find The Bullet', Hawkes uses a computer imager. In the end all it shows is where the bullet hole is and that's where the bullet's found. It would have been way quicker to just rip open the shirt and dig, like he does in the end.
(edit)
Mac has only taken 5 1/2 days of vacation since becoming a member of the NYPD.

Shouldn't there be bullets in the cocaine packs, when the bad guys use the .50 to break open the vault? (edit) GOOF: A common mistake on television and in movies is the fire sprinklers. Fire sprinklers work by heat breaking a glass bulb, the bulb causing the water to exit the sprinkler. Setting off one sprinkler does not cause all of the sprinklers in a building to go off. (edit) Interesting Fact: It is possible for an open flame to be present even when natural gas is in the air. First, gas is lighter than air, so it is possible for a standing person to smell the odor or a wall- or ceiling-mounted monitor to detect its presence if the flame is on a lower surface such as a lab table or a stove burner; second, gas is only explosive within certain limits: if it is less than 5% of the air in a room, there is not enough gas to ignite and if it is more than 15% of the air, it has displaced too much oxygen to support combustion. Danny: (to hostage takers) You two humps from Clinton just hijacked a crime scene cleanup. Makes me believe that when they went to gentrify Hells Kitchen they got rid of all the smart guys.
Although, some may confuse the reference w/ the tv show "Hell's Kitchen", a show on FOX. Both Danny's statement and the FOX show reference a neighborhood in Manhattan known as Hell's Kitchen - near Midtown. It used to be a crime-ridden area. Over recent years, it has become gentrified the neighborhood and the rich folks have moved in - meaning the "smart guys" or criminal element is no longer there.
(edit) Die Hard:
The entire episode appears to be an homage to the classic Bruce Willis 1988 action film. It features such set pieces as unlikely persons thrust into unexpected heroic roles; the use of a diversion to cover the real crime; the takeover of an office building; the major crime being the breaking into a vault; and even the sending of a dead criminal back in an elevator with a written message scrawled on the body (edit) Cocaine is often referred to as "snow". Since the mob is after the cocaine the title could be referring to their siege on the lab.
Snow day is also like a bonus day off. In states where snow is common in the winter schools often have a snow day when there is too much snow for students to safely go to school, therefore school is canceled. The title could also allude to Lindsay's unexpected day off. (edit) One of the drug lords calls Flack "Serpico" while they're talking over the radio. Serpico is the Al Pacino movie based on the true story of a New York police officer who fights back against corruption in the department. (edit)
