Grissom (sighs): Where is she, Catherine? It's 110 degrees, she's been out here all day, without water, she's disoriented, she's-- she's dehydrated...
Catherine: She's a survivor. (edit) Catherine: I don't see any more footprints, do you?
Grissom: No.
Catherine: I think that we just lost the trail. (Grissom looks around with his binoculars, sees some rocks piled up)
Grissom: Catherine, look.
Catherine: What? (looks through the binoculars, they run toward the rock piles) This is better than a footprint. (edit) Grissom: Catherine! I got footprints.
Catherine: She got out from under that car. (edit) Catherine (running): Nick!
Nick: No, she's not here.
Catherine: Well, that's good news. (edit) (flashback)
Sara (answering her phone): Hello, Gilbert.
Grissom: Hey, we got an I.D on the miniture killer. Her name is Natalie Davis.
Sara: One of Ernie Dell's foster's?
Grissom: Yeah. Catherine and I just talked to her biological father, he said he put her up for adoption after she shoved her little sister out of a tree house.
Sara: Do you have any idea where she is now?
Grissom: No, but with a name it's just a matter of time.
Sara: Alright. I'll meet you at the lab. (hangs up) (edit)

When Grissom and Catherine find the body of the dead hiker, Grissom suddenly missing his wristwatch.
(edit)
When the Paramedics give Sara the IV, then move her into the helicopter-the VELKET or tourniquet band is still in place on her right arm. This would cause a back flow of blood into the IV tubing.
(edit)
When the Paramedics as well as Nick say the Sara has no Radial Pulse. This does not imply that she is dead, but her blood pressure is very low. This is a symptomatic response (by the body) to protect the vital organs at the core [heart, lungs kidneys]. Extremities [arms, legs] are the first to lose a palpable pulse.
(edit)
How did Natalie get Sara under the car? We see the car being lowered onto her, with Natalie standing there watching, but when the whole scene is shown there isn't anything to indicate how she did it, like a crane or something.
(edit)
Did anyone else notice that when Natalie put the car on Sara's arm and in both the miniature and real thing it was Sara's right arm , however when she was wandering the desert it was her left arm that had supposedly been crushed.
In Living Doll, they filmed it with her right arm being crushed, however if you take that angle, she (Sara/Jorga Fox) would not be able to move (in the direction of the cameras), so they swapped arms. This way she could manuver around more freely. (edit)

Sara: Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy.
Also a very popular comment and song on the old animated cartoon, Ren And Stimpy. (edit) Grissom’s flashback of Sara touching his cheek is a scene from season 2 episode 5 Scuba Doobie-Doo. (edit) Nick has a flashback of when he and Sara talked about rescuing Cassie (6x05, Gum Drops) and that it wasn't his time to die, while he's searching Natalie's bedroom. (edit)
