Randy Bolen: Ten grand.
Sofia: That's a lot of money for a guy like you.
Randy Bolen: I've had worse nights.
Sofia (chuckles): Yeah, I'm sure you have. You're having one now. (edit) Catherine: So what's a guy dressed for a party, with a key to this hotel, doing out here?
Grissom: I don't know. But the party's over. (edit) David (after finding a stain on Jeffrey's boxers): Mom was right; always wear clean ones because you never know what could happen. What do you think that is?
Warrick: Why don't you take a whiff?
David: Why am I always the guy who has to sniff the shorts?
Warrick: Because it's your job.
David: You do it.
Warrick (laughs and smells the shorts): Red wine. (edit) Catherine: They probably thought that they just taught him a lesson.
Grissom: They did: Don't confuse fantasy with reality.
Greg: Well, hush money or not, you have to admit that whole fantasy night thing was a pretty cool gift from a very generous boss. (looks towards Grissom, who makes a face)
Sara (smirking): Greg, don't you have a birthday coming up?
Greg: Why, yes, Sara, I do.
Catherine: I'm thinking, ear-shredding rock, a beautiful model, boatloads of sushi and...latex.
Greg: Eh, that was last year.
Grissom: I think fantasies are best kept private. (Grissom looks at Sara)
(Nick comes in and they talk about the case a little)
Nick: The biggest fantasy here in Vegas is that everything happens by chance. Nothing here happens by chance. The odds are set before you even walk off the plane. (leaves)
Greg: You know, I'd settle for a birthday breakfast.
Catherine: Now, that is a fantasy. (edit) Sara: Please tell me there are something more to this guys and cars thing, besides the obvious penis extension metaphors.
Greg: So you want me to lie? (edit)
Sofia: That's a lot of money for a guy like you.

Julie Benz (Heidi) will be recognized by many as the vampire Darla from the Joss Whedon series, Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel. However, Andy Umberger (Rob Rhoda, the car rental guy) has also appeared in both Buffy and Angel. He played D'Hoffryn (the head vengence demon) in Buffy, and Dr. Ronald Meltzer (the eye doctor who could dissassemble himself) in Angel.
(edit)
This is the second time fantasies have been shown between two CSIs. In the first episode of the season, Catherine admitted "the thing that makes a fantasy great is the possibility that it might come true," when she found out Warrick was married. In this episode, Sara and Grissom are shown to have a fantasy. Both times, neither fantasy came true.

Grissom: Well, call me Ishmael.
Archie: Why?
Grissom: You need to read more, Arch.
Grissom, in an earlier point of this scene, referred to a high-stakes gambler as a "whale." Later, when he makes this statement to Archie, he is referring to Herman Melville's classic Moby Dick, about a whaling-boat captain's obsessive search for the "great white whale." The narrator of the story was a young man named Ishmael.
Most people remember the phrase not from the novel but instead from the movies, as Moby Dick has been into at least four movie interpretations beginning as early as 1926.
A "whale" is a casino slang term used for a high rolling gambler. (edit) Catherine (To Greg): I'm thinking, ear-shredding rock, a beautiful model, boatloads of sushi and...latex.
All these things are things that Greg has been shown to like throughout the show. (edit) The title, "Time of Your Death", comes from the Green Day song "Time of Your Life". (edit)
