Honey Kisargi believes herself to be a regular school girl attending Catholic school. When her father, Professor Kisargi, is murdered she realizes she is an android created by the Professor. She discovers she has the capability to transform into a variety of personalities just by saying "Honey Flash".

The Professor's murderer was the Panther Claw, a female crime organization headed by Panther Zora. Zora is assisted by Panther Jill and they want the "Fixed System of Air Elements" the Professor built into Honey that allows her to transform.
