Behr began her career in London, England where she was born and raised. At the young age of three she began dancing, and years later at the age of 14 she signed her first big music contract, while attending one of the most prestigious schools in the UK. During her two-year music career, Behr realized it would be more interesting and exciting introducing the band, instead of being the performer. At 16, Behr's realization became reality, becoming an overnight star while hosting the late night show, "The Word."

In 2002 Maxim named Behr "Top Female Presenter of the Year." The rising popularity of Behr has given her experience on several pilot shows for Bravo and FX, while also becoming a regular host for Extra.
