Jimmy Dean makes his first appearance on the show in this episode playing a character named Delo Jones. Rebecca (about Delo): He saved Cincinnatus' life.
Daniel: I suppose that's something in his favor. (edit) Daniel: Delo, you and I are gonna have a little talk.
Delo: Well, most folks say that's what I do best. (edit) Daniel: Mr. Henderson, if these people wanted to resist you wouldn't be standin' here now talkin' about it. (edit) Henderson: I find your attitude insulting, Mr. Boone.
Daniel: You can take it anyway you like but those are my terms. (edit) Delo: All right, I'll go with you, Dan'l.
Daniel: Now I'm glad to hear that. That'll make it easier on both of us. (edit)
