This episode was the 13th of the series to be filmed yet didn't air until the finale of Season One. My guess is that it got shelved because the producers had decided to replace Albert Salmi with Robert Logan and felt that a season ending episode introducing his character would be a better segueway into Season Two. (edit) Anne Helm's most famous role is that of Elvis Presley's co-star in Follow That Dream. Helm also dated Elvis when the two were making that film. (edit) This episode marks the first appearance of Robert Logan as Jericho Jones who would be a recurring character on the show during its second season taking the place of Albert Salmi who decided to leave the series after one year.
