Daniel's acting career started up when his little league rugby team was scouted for a TV commercial in New Zealand, where he was picked to play the part of a little kid who gets knocked into the mud by a rugby star Michael Jones. After that he got a casting agent and began to do more commercials along with a few TV appearances.
