Dave has family in Philidelphia and visits them often. (edit) Dave was born sometime in 1980. (edit) Dave has been nicknamed "America's Naked Chef". (edit) Dave got the idea for his college show, Campus Cuisine, when on Spring Break in Florida, and his friends jokingly said he should have his own Food Network show. (edit) Dave studied the culinary specialties of Spain, Germany, and France while in Europe. (edit)

Dave: I think social situations are the best reason to get in the kitchen. (edit) Dave: I know it's a big world, and there's only so much I can do, but if I can get a few people excited about good food, that'll be very rewarding. (edit) Dave: Dinner for two is one of the most romantic things you can do for a woman. (edit) Dave: Amazing gourmet food is within everyone's reach -- even my friends and I, who are on a tight budget. (edit) Dave: A little goes a long way.
