  • Goof: The music used during the dance is clearly songs by various artists and are taken off of recordings. There's even a scene where Andie goes over to the DJ, which doesn't appear to be on the stage. But there also appears to be a band, or at least three people, on stage during the dance. What are they doing? edit »

  • Dawson finds out about Joey and Jack kissing. edit »
  • Despite being featured in the opening credits, Mary Beth Peil (Grams) does not appear in this episode. edit »
  • The title for this episode called The Dance is similar to the title of the second episode of season one just called Dance. edit »
  • You have to assume the music they used for the dance scene was added later. Because during an upbeat song, at least 5 couples are swing dancing. But during a rather slow song, there are still couples swing dancing. And I find it odd, at my high school prom only 4 people knew how to dance swing, and they weren't that great. But at Dawson's school, half of his class seems to be experts. edit »
