Arriving in Washington, D.C. for a gig, the band is immersed in political intrigue when Vaughn begins an affair with a beautiful girl, who a ghost tells a disbelieving Vaughn that she is really a CIA assassin. Meanwhile, Scotty must assume the role of the Prince of Mulravia after the real Prince, now a ghost, persuades him to.
