Dean Martin could sing, tell a joke, and look good while doing so. He had a certain boozey breeziness that was very appealing. Of course, this was back in the days when an adult could drink and smoke on television without inciting the health police to take action. Good music, great guests, and Deano as the host--who could ask for anything more?
