Derren Brown's apparently successful attempt to predict Wednesday night's lottery numbers was watched by more than three million people - more than half a million more viewers than the draw itself managed, Channel 4 has said.
He's openly admitted that his acts are just trickery, but last night we watched as Channel 4's illusionist seemed to predict the results of the National Lottery, live. Were our eyes deceiving us?
They may not be stylish, but trust us; now is the time to dust off your old 3D glasses! American comedy Chuck airs its first 3D episode this Tuesday on Virgin1, while Channel 4 also plans to join the third dimension this autumn.
The first show of Derren's that I saw was when I was about 15. During MY younger years my father had amazed me with simple magic tricks which, as a kid, I saw as amazing. What Derren did, however, was far more extraordinary. The episode was "Trick of the Mind" Episode 1. The fact that Derren could make a taxi driver who knew London well forget where the London Eye, a prodominant (ugly) feature of the landscape, was was simly incredible. The man has made himself into an artist, and, from what I've seen, a very accomplished one. I have read his book and watched all of his shows, and needless to say I do idolise him somewhat!

some of his shows include, trick of the mind, mind control, the hiest, the gathering, russian roulette, seance, the messiah, and brillant live shows such as the something wicked this way comes tour. if you havent seen any of these shows i advise you to check out his dvds.
derren's skills are outstanding and will geuinely leave you baffeld. derren uses power of suggestion, psychology, misdirection and showmanship to predict and control human behaviour.
i really enjoyed his shows, which are also humour's and put together well.
ive been watching evry episode hes done on channle 4 and he is great.
his magic tricks are great! trick of the mind is great and spooky its unusual how he can do stuff thats seemingly impossible right infront of your eyes! often he does tricks on celebritys like robbie williams or jonathon ross.
