After graduating from theater school in England, Diane took some time to see the world. She visited Thailand, Africa, New Zealand, Australia, Hong Kong, the Middle East, and Europe.

Diane: (On beginning her career as a writer) I was teaching acting to juveniles in a men's prison when a friend mentioned she worked as an agent for novelists. She told me that on a Thursday and by Monday I had written the first ten chapters to my book, eager to go.

Diane: Since Loveline I have worked on Roswell, The Drew Carey Show and co-starred in a few TV movies, and everywhere it's the same-- I'm the girl from Loveline. For every question I get each day about one of my other projects, I will get 10 about Loveline.
