Dick Clark will lead America into the New Year again with performance by Alabama, Coldplay, LL Cool J, The Who, B2K, Missy Elliott, Nelly, Nivea, O-Town, Rod Stewart, Third Eye Blind and Uncle Kracker.

Dick Clark will lead America into the New Year once again with performance by Aerosmith, Bon Jovi, Elton John, KISS, Avril Lavigne and Tim McGraw.

Regis Philbin is filling in for Dick Clark on this year's edition. And Ashlee Simpson hosts West Coast portion of the show. Performers include Billy Idol, Big & Rich, Los Lonely Boys, Ciara, Fabolous, Simple Plan, Earth, Wind & Fire, Kenny G, and Ashlee Simpson.
