During its insanely short run (one measly episode), "Dot Comedy" tried to be the first American television series to feature the humor of the web. It is probably best known for introducing the general public to the Sklar brothers, best known as the hosts of ESPN Classic's "Cheap Seats."
After bowing to pathetically low ratings, the show was cancelled, earning the dubious distinction of being one of only a dozen or so shows to be sacked after just one airing.
