I hope you mean legally - if not, you are breaking the Terms of Service for this site by asking.

Also this is the wrong board - should be in Off-Topic.

Downloading Television would actually be the correct forum. Off-Topic is for non-TV-related discussion.

Some networks like ABC and Disney Channel offer free episodes that are streamed over the net, via their official site. You can legally download episodes through iTunes, but it will cost you money, but they do offer free episodes once in a while.

The broadcast networks (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, CW) all offer many programs streamed legally for free (although most with ads of some sort) on their web sites.  If you go to the network homepage (generally www.abc.com, replacing "abc" with the network name.  Although I believe CW is cwtv.  Google finds them very quickly.), there should be a link to "watch full episodes" (or similiar wording) on the front page.  If it's not there, check on the page for the show you are interested in.

There are also a number of services through which you can download television shows for a fee.  iTunes is the most well known, I believe there are others, but I am not familiar with them.

This season, I have watched a majority of the shows that I watch on the web.  I find the interfaces fairly easy to use, the commercials not terribly obtrusive (Fox and CW doesn't even imbed commercials into their streams) and the quality has been fine.  This might be more of an issue if I was watching the shows with one or more other people, or if I was used to a better quality signal (I do not have cable or satelite, just brodcast).  I suggest you give these sites a try.

There's other sites but I don't know if they're legal or not. You'll be able to find them through tv-links, anyway.
