Ben and Katz both use "Ultra Henna Bouquet," which makes their hair an odd orange color. Ben just can't bring himself to complain, though, since he got the sample free in the mail and loves getting anything free. They do call the hotline, and Katz tries to complain, only to be stopped by Ben.

Dr. Katz: You know, she was undressing me with her eyes.
Julie: Yeah, and then what?
Dr. Katz: And then I put a little something on. (edit) Dr. Katz: What's this enormous pile of letters?
Ben: I get a lot of junk mail because I put myself on a master list. And I've been collecting; it's like a hobby.
Dr. Katz: I think that it's gone a little too far: the amount of mail that comes into this house. I think you need to write them and ask them to stop sending you junk mail.
Ben: I've been writing them, but they're mostly thank-you notes. (edit) (discussing their bright red hair)
Ben: I think eventually it fades into a nice auburn or a mahogany. You know what Dad, I did my arm hair, the chest and the back. I just think I got carried away, but I wanted to be a total redhead. (edit)
