Soon, Emperor Pilaf will summon Shenron the Eternal Dragon. The heroes don't want to give him the chances, but the traps keep getting in their way. “The Penalty is Pinball” is another episode that says everything in the title really. After having all the Dragonballs stolen from them our heroes try and stop the evil Emperor Pilaf. On their way they are chased by Pilaf’s giant metal balls (that doesn’t sound right) in a twisted game of pin ball. The episode is left on a cliff-hanger with Pilaf summoning the Dragonball dragon. This is a very tense episode which makes the viewer on edge as you don’t know what will happen next. The cliff-hanger is brilliant and is a great narrative hook. 9 out of 10. We also se Goku use Kamehameha Wave again.

This has some silly parts in this episode! Bulma's punishment was a blow kiss from empiror Palif. Then they were sleep gassed so Paliph would get their dragon ball. But then they escaped because Paliph forgot to lock the door. Then Paliph traped them inside a pinball/pachinco machine and was being chased by a synthesiser controlled pinball! Strange episode.
