Two Hispanic children, Max and Emmy, move into a new home. Like any young children, they're not quite happy at first about moving. Then, Emmy finds a secret drawer and inside is box containing a magical, shimmering dragon scale. Hmmm... there's some words on the box. What do they say? "I wish, I wish, with all my heart, to fly with dragons, in a land apart." The magical decorations fly around...

add »Big Big Friend Day was a two-hour special aired on most PBS stations on November 25, 2005. Designed to help launch a new show coming 2006, It's a Big Big World, this special included segments featuring characters from the new show as well as a repeating promo for this show. It also included new scenes with Emily Elizabeth and Clifford, with Emily Elizabeth giving the viewers animal-guessing challenges to figure out.
This special packaged eight stories from Dragon Tales and Clifford. The stories had a theme of new beginnings / new friendships and in order shown were:
