    2.5 Terrible

Tedious! And getting more so... hide show

I used to watch ET semi-regularly, when it was more of an entertainment news show, though I do use even that term loosely. Now its a gossip monger and/or "Last chance for Has-Beens". As for the latter description, it seems this is where the agents bring their "stars" when they are testing the waters for a revival; kind of a, "if we can make it here, we'll eek another 2 months out of your career" stomping grounds. e.g. Donny and/or Marie Osmond, Barry Manilow, etc.
Or the former, where they tastelessly harp on sensational items like the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

I do sometimes watch after awards shows to see what the dresses were like, and it does have one other thing going for it: it does NOT include Billy Bush or Maria Menunous (?sp) on its staff!

Pernell Roberts 80th birthday is Sunday, May 18! He starred as Adam Cartwright in Bonanza. He is the only remaining "Cartwright" still living. He also starred as Dr. John "Trapper" McIntyre in Trapper John, MD. hide show

SHAME ON YOU ET! hide show

Shame On You ET! How long are you going to run the Patrick Swayze story? Give the guy a break, you have allready got him dead & buried,& comparing his situation to Michael Landon, How dare you! This is not journalism, it's crap, & just as soon as you get another story you will drop him & on to the next. If you truly cared as you claim you do, you would let it rest. You have reported it more than once this week, now let it go. You are WORSE than the National Inquirer! What happened to the old Entertainment Tonight?

I am very upset that Entertainment Tonight keeps airing Heath Ledger's body being taken out of his apartment. Please remember that his family and friends may see this and they do not need any more added stress and grief. Thank you. hide show

Please stop airing Heath Ledger's body being taken out of his apartment. Please remember that his family and friends may see this and they do not need any more added stress and grief. I think that they have enough to deal with at this time. Would you want this to happen to your loved one? My prayers are with Heath Ledger's family and friends. To lose someone close to you is tragic enough but to lose someone in this way feels unbearable and hard to overcome. Please respect the family's privacy and give them the space that they need. May God be with them.

    Heath Ledger's death hide show

Its sad that we lost such a talented actor. What really upsets me is that you are butting into the lives of Michelle Willams and their daughter when they just lost someone that had a special place in their lives. Yes she maybe famous but she is also a person just like the rest of us and deserves to be able to mourn with her daughter and family in peace. I think you should show them the proper respect and leave them be. If you have a problem about what I wrote OH WELL. If you want to get in contact with me my email address is jennifer.r.shepherd@us.army.mil. You are more then welcome to email me there.
