At Bedford University, Professor Macklin presides over a “sex and the human condition” seminar and asks the students to videotape their feelings. It is soon revealed however that President Sarah had an affair with a professor, the fact is about to be made public by the school newspaper's editor, Richard, who happens to be a recovering alcoholic. Meanwhile, Sarah is upset over the fact that her younger brother, Owen, is also a part of the sex seminar, which means he will hear all about her sex life.

I am however still watching because for some reason I think that this just might be one of those that you have to give a chance to grow on you. It is watchable but seriously . . nothing jumps out at me. If anything I am just following Curly because "The Mountain" got cancelled - - which was a shame because that show was awesome from the get go.
Nevertheless, I am going to hang around for a while and see what happens. I believe in Penn Badgley and I want to see more of him.

I watched the pilot because Milo Ventmiglia is in this show, and I like him. It was an averge pilot, nothing really speacil about it, but it seems like an OK show. Theres a few funny parts involving the guy who i think is owen and some funny parts between sara and richard, but i think they should try and make a few of the characters less dramatic (the main characters are a girl who was having an affair with her teacher, a suicide survoir, a very serisous anyoying person whos name i cant remeber but he doesnt seem to have that much problems hes just sad and annoying, a recovering alchoholic, a virgin-lier who is obsssed with annoying guy for some starnge reason, and the average party guy/sex-addict). so...they better serisous-down their characters, or it may become a little to dawsons creak-y for my taste.

So I watched this pilot, well a few days after the premiere, but I recorded it. I just heard that it wasn’t that successful after the big news the show had just a few days ago.
So how is it? It’s everything a pilot has, but no scandalous material (well that might be cut by the FCC), almost no “dirty” talk. I mean I have seen much more explicit language in other programs that didn’t produce a scandal and got a normal TV14 rating. I hope the show gets better, but after the pilot I might think it gets quite boring. We see a few students and teachers. All have trouble with their personal problems and from time to time well see 30 seconds where someone talks about sex. About sex s/he had. Well for that I don’t have to turn on my TV - I’ll just meet with some friends.
So not the best pilot and I don’t think the show gets more exciting. You don’t miss anything. I watched it because I had time and for that it was ok.

Owkay, so here's the hook: sex.
Most of the characters in this series are steaming hot, the girls are sex-machines and sex sex sex sex sex, young young young young.
This is what the show's about. Teens exploring sex. Okay, so we can see that the characters talk way out of their league. They talk as if they studied english for 50 years, and everything is pre-thought. Some of the plot doesnt even make sense. Why would the smart guy go after the cute girl if he likes her? This is not my type of show for sure, I was waiting much more from this. Plus that chineese dood that came into the dorm? Didn't say his name, no introduction? What the heck were the writers thinking about. That riot had like 10 people and 3 police officers, plus what was the president doing there watching the riot doesnt he have a campus to run.
There's a story to it alright, but not a catching one, a story should I say that you would expect to happen. That break up between the blondie and the black dood was so dumb. I was like why are you breaking up , we all know your going to be back togheter in the next episode!!
Oh well. I dont know if it's just me, but this show has a load of problems in the pilot. Alot of the characters just dont make sense.
The positive side of this pilot is that the language was smart, theres a nice mix of mentality, and twists. But what show lacks that? I'm expecting better from the next episode..
