Carol's girls start daycare and she reveals to Mark that Doug has asked her to move to Seattle again. Cleo asks Benton to overrule Corday's surgical advice concerning a teenager who was in an auto accident. Romano takes control of the ER in the wake of Weaver's suspension. Kovac treats a man having anxiety attacks from his impending divorce. Abby treats a mom with five kids who is pregnant again and considering an abortion. The ER gets a letter for Lucy, informing her that she had matched the County General psych department.

Carter is having problems. Maybe it is the pain. Maybe something else. But he is acting weird and... Carol is having some moments with Kovac and she does not realize first that she might hurt her feelings as when they are sitting at Doc Mac's and he is feeding Kate (I think) and one woman says, that they are so great and happy family. And at the end of the episode, we learn little bit more about the past of Kovac.
And Abby - she.. it seems that everything she does, she does wrong. This time she is dealing with young woman who has 5 child and is pregnant again.
