The title of the episode, "Quo Vadis", translates from Latin to English as "Where do you go?" or "Where are you going?".

The title may be an allusion to John 13:36:
"dicit ei Simon Petrus Domine quo vadis respondit Iesus quo ego vado non potes me modo sequi sequeris autem postea"

This translates from Latin to English as:
"Simon Peter said unto him, Lord, whither goest thou? Jesus answered him, Whither I go, thou canst not follow me now; but thou shalt follow me afterwards."

Quo Vadis has also been a title for a novel, several movies, a board game, a video game, and a death metal band.

The Latin language does not use question marks, so the question mark at the end of the title is incorrectly included. (edit)
