Abby wakes up with Luka in his hotel room. At a job interview at a department store, her mother causes a disturbance and later flees town. Benton treats Jesse's girlfriend, who talks to the cops about Jesse's killers and later comes to him for help after a hit is put on her. Corday undergoes a grueling deposition for Mr. Patterson's lawsuit and lies to save herself. Greene discovers that his tumor is inoperable and later has a seizure. He finally decides to tell Corday about his condition.

Abby: Not by choice...
[Maggie's violent fit begins immediately] (edit) Malucci: Hey, boss, what's going on? I heard you had a seizure.
Greene: ...you heard wrong. (edit) Malucci: Good to see you 'Miss W'.
Maggie: Miss W? Oooh, I like that! (edit) (Luka is stitching up Maggie's hand while she's flirting with him)
Maggie: How many do you think? Stitches?
Luka: Ahm... Four, Five...
Maggie: Five. You're so good at this. So gentle.
Luka: Thank you.
Maggie: It's hard to believe. 'Cause you have such great, big masculine hands! (giggles) Uh, uh! Sit still. Don't move, don't move! Eyelash! See? O.k. Now you have to make a wish and blow.
Luka: That's alright.
Maggie: O.k. I'll blow for you. (blows on her finger) What did you wish for? Wait! Don't tell me, don't tell me!
(edit) Corday: I lied. I lied! The fact is I rushed. I rushed through, and did'nt inspect the entire surgical field. That man will never walk again because I wanted to get out early for the weekend. And I could'nt even claim responsibility. I sat there, and I swore to God, and I lied to save myself.
Mark: God owes us one...I think you're allowed to be selfish for a while. (he moves his chair closer to hers) I didn't run into a street sign...I had a biopsy...Those headaches weren't from hockey. (edit)
