Eric Steinberg: Biography
Eric was born August 26th in Washington, D.C.
Eric's father, a professor of Asian studies, is Jewish-American and his mother, an opera singer and voice teacher, is Korean. Eric's family had a true appreciation for the arts. Eric's father loved theatre and literature, and Eric read Beckett and Shakespeare as a child.
Eric attended the University of Vermont and the University of Kent in England prior to receiving an acting fellowship at the University of California at Irvine, CA.

- In August, 2007, Eric was abruptly let go by producers of "The Young and the Restless" where he had been playing the role of Ji Min Kim since September, 2006.(edit)
- Although Eric practices Judaism, he remains very much in touch with Korean culture.(edit)
- Eric can speak Korean, Thai and French.(edit)
- Eric is an avid surfer, hiker and camper.(edit)
