It's Frank's 65th birthday and the family is throwing him a birthday party. Marie, Robert and Ray's kids get Frank a present, but Ray only gets him a card. Robert gets excited because this is his chance to be the favorite son for once. Marie's gift is a sweater. Robert's gift is a "remote boat".

Ray tells Frank he got him a gift; it just hasn't arrived yet. Frank and Marie freak out at first because they think it's something from "The Fruit of the Month Club" again. Ray gets the idea to get him a fish tank like the one at Wo-hop's.

Ray gets Frank the tank and he loves it. Frank's first words are "Holy crap." The aquarium is a huge hit, but Ray now worries that he's going to have to get Frank bigger and better gifts each year. Debra tells him to enjoy the moment and Ray says "I've had no training for that." Ray goes over to his parent's house and he finds out "Stan", one of the fish, died.

Debra says that the fish dying made Frank think about his own death. Ray tells Debra that his father isn't deep enough to think of that, saying Frank "thinks the moral of the Adam and Eve story is don't eat when you're naked."

Ray talks to Frank and finds out Frank is mad because he found out the fish cost $40 and the fish tank cost $600. "Jeezaloo! $600 on a box of water!" Frank yells. Frank feels bad because Ray was able to spend that much on him for his birthday.
