Debra decides to hire a babysitter so she hires Lisa. Lisa is highly recommended and is very popular with the kids she baby-sits. When Marie finds out that she wasn't asked to baby-sit she feels insulted and Debra feels left out when the kids prefer Lisa to her. So Debra lets Lisa go and asks Marie to baby-sit. Marie however can't handle the energy the kids have and trips over a toy and hurts herself. So Ray tries to get Lisa to come back but she's already found another job at the Parkers.

Robert: C'mon dad, can you help us get mom in her own bed?
Frank: You know, it might be easier if we just switch houses.
Marie: Frank.. just give me a hand.
Frank: (sarcastic) Coming sunshine.
(edit) Marie: Someone left the kids in the middle of the room and I tripped and I broke my leg.
Debra: Oh my god Marie.. what can we do?
Frank: Do you have a lawyer?
Ray: Are suing us, dad?
Frank: Not you.. the insurance company.. we'll split it! (edit) Debra: I don't think I'm gonna have Lisa babysit anymore.
Ray: What? No! Listen, I never think of her, ever. (edit) Debra: (about Lisa) Isn't she fantastic?
Ray: She seems great.
Debra: Oh my God, I love her, Ray! She used to babysit for the McCormicks down the street, but they put Katie in daycare, so I knew I had to move fast because the Parkers were eyeing her.
Ray: Screw the Parkers!
Debra: Yeah, exactly.
Ray: She's ours! (edit) Ally: We want Lisa to stay.
Debra: Yeah, but I'm gonna make you dinner.
Ally: We're not hungry!
Debra: But I'm going to make you fishsticks, and then we're going to take a bath and I'm going to read you a story.
Ally: We don't want you. We want Lisa!
Debra: (long pause) I've got cookies! (edit)
