As Debra and Ray celebrate their 10th anniversary, she discovers that he taped over their wedding video years before with the '91 SuperBowl. Realizing how much he has upset Debra with his careless actions, Ray is willing to go to any lengths to atone--little realizing that it will mean renewing wedding vows in front of family and friends with all the trimmings.

The New York Giants defeated the Buffalo Bills 20-19 on January 27, 1991 in Super Bowl XXV. What's weird is that Super Bowl was broadcast on ABC and that is ABC's telecast that was taped over the wedding.

Frank: I'd like it if you were Debra! (edit) Robert: (referring to the wedding magazines) Where did you get these?
Ray: The newsstand—it was so embarrassing. I had to buy some porn just to even it out. (edit) Debra: Did you hit something?
Ray: No. It's still going.
Debra: Then why am I seeing football? (edit)
Debra: Hey, I know! We can watch our wedding video!

In “The Tenth Anniversary” it is snowing outside, but in “The Wedding Part 1” the date that they book for the reception is on the 17th of June.
