Ray: She's gonna say, "Why are Kevin and Andy here?" (edit) Ray: Dad, Mom's waiting for you in the car.
Frank: She's fine. I cracked open a window. (edit) Frank: I forgot my driving glasses. I would have gone farther but your mother thought I hit a deer. (edit) Ray: By the way, I'm not dancing at this thing, okay? So don't even ask.
Debra: Come on, I want to dance with you!
Ray: No! When I dance, people think I'm looking for my keys. (edit) Ray: You're already planning the wedding?
Debra: I've been planning it since I was 12.
Ray: But you didn't meet me until you were 22.

Trivia: This episode's lunch special is chili dogs and fritos corn chips. (edit) Many references have been made throughout the series about Ray having to propose to Debra several times before she said yes. But in this episode, it appears that she accepts instantly the first time he asks. (edit) In “The Tenth Anniversary” it is snowing outside, but in “The Wedding Part 1” the date that they book for the reception is on the 17th of June. (edit) According to "The Ball", the end of Ray's proposal to Debra went, "So, how about it, huh?" The proposal in this episode however, does not even come close to Ray saying that. (edit)

When Frank comments that Newsday is like a real newspaper, he's actually being serious. Newsday is a real paper available on Long Island and in New York City. And in this as well as other episodes, the front cover is identical to the real thing. (edit)
