Andy Millman is very excited at the prospect of his sitcom - 'When the Whistle Blows', being made by the BBC.
He knows how he wants it to be: realistic - something the audience can relate to. But the BBC have other ideas - they make Andy's character wear a wig and silly glasses. And they let Keith Chegwin appear in it...
It's not long before the comedy is totally different to Andy's original ideas. But it's the BBC's money and production team. He can't make it without them...
Meanwhile, Maggie is an extra on Orlando Blooms latest movie. Orlando is obsessed with himself - and with Maggie. But she doesn't fancy him at all!

Barry: Fuck!
Agent: I know. I'm as annoyed as you are. (edit) Agent: [Referring to Barry] I love him because he's desperate! (edit) Agent: The thing about Barry, I've noticed, is that people will laugh at him, not with him. It's extraordinary. (edit) Orlando Bloom: Come out for a drink later.
Maggie: Can't. I'm meeting my friend.
Orlando Bloom: Come out for a coffee with me! Come on. Just get to know me, get to know the normal me. Take a better look and, you know, see the attractiveness.
Maggie: I don't think you are.
Orlando Bloom: Liar!

Keith Chegwin: Name one black person that's funny.
Andy: I can name you loads of black people that are funny - Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Eddie Murphy.

Although Maggie claims that she doesn't find Orlando Bloom particularly attractive, she can be seen removing a poster of him from her wall in Series One, Episode Six, when Andy tells her to grow up.
