Extreme Makeover follows the stories of the lucky individuals who are chosen for a once-in-a-lifetime chance to be given a truly "Cinderella-like" experience: a real life fairy tale in which their wishes come true, not just by changing their looks, but their lives and destinies. This magic is conjured through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including the nation's top plastic surgeons, eye surgeons and cosmetic dentists, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists, and personal trainers, led by an on-camera Extreme Makeover expert. This season will feature more "news you can use" tips about fashion, hair and makeup for the home viewers also, so they, too, can experience a little bit of the show's magic.

Each self-contained episode features two people, seen first in their "before" phase, then as they undergo their various procedures, and finally, in a climactic unveiling - the "after" -when the candidates reveal their new selves to their families and friends.less «

  help im in need of help!.. at the moment i can only dream about being the belle of the ball, im a 27yr old mother of 3, with low self esteem due to natures way (pregnancies) stretch-marks are a major issue! also deflated breasts (a-)!!!! i survived after nearly 10yrs of domestic abuse, but all the negative comments and put downs are etched in my brain, i have a lovely chap now and i hate moaning about my body but it does have a major impact on my life unfortunately i also have my fathers nose which makes any side profile photos unbearable, i would love to wear nice clothes but due to my small bust it proves difficult as the clothes never hang properly and i end up looking like a 13yr old!, i would love to be happy about myself and rid any flaws and for my lovely chap to see me having confidence and not having to turn the lights off to get undressed! this ugly duckling would love to be transformed into cinderella, regards sarah x less «

  Dear extreeme makeover!! My name is amanda herr i'm 27 years old and have been fighting obesity most of my life, in 2002 i had my son ajjdeep who i love heaps but i was at a unbelieveable weight of like 120kg's at the age of 20, after my son was born i start dieting and walking, i started walking just 15min a day and it was a huge challange just 2 get to my letter box!! after i lost about say 20kg's i started aqua arobics then to tha gym, i lost most of my 50kg's by 2006 but my body has so much saggy skin, im at my goal weight of 65kg's which is perfect for my height but my excess skin is outta controll, my doctor says it takes a long time 2 heal but i do weights and train and feels like it willl never recover and makes me feel sick and unattrative and this stops me from working cause i feel yuck, i know i am special and all tha locals in liverpool and bankstown would love to see me be on extreem makeover, i wish someone would have applied for me cause i don't like 2 ask for help im a very self indepent person but i would love to show you pictures of me and go more into detail with what i do...... please don't just skip past me cause this is what i need to change my life and make a better future for my son, my family and myself!!!! my phone number is 0450559284, i need your call, please make my christmas and new year worth fighting for!!! less «

  To Whom This May Concern: I am writing this in hopes that I may have you extend a gentle hand of kindness. What I am asking is now that I am in my late 40's and have lived a hard life and I find my husbands eye roving, He being 50 has got that regression in his mind and that you might help me elevate some bothersome annoyances, wrinkles around the mouth, a tummy tuck, butt lift and lippo on the thighs and upper arms. My husband and I have been through a uphill battle in our marriage and I and he, am sure want 20 more, he looks great and I have wear and tear. I am grateful to God for loving me and I mean him no disrespect, men are funny creatures and I will never understand them, I am quit sane in asking you out of the right motives for you to help a simple woman, spend the next 20 in a romantic kind of love, my husband and I have prov-en to each other, the love of hard times, I missed the romance and the feelings of being sexy for a good man...Thank for your considerations...Tessymay less «

  Hi, I am the new member, I miss this program i never see some show like this before, please let me see it again PLEASE. I watch other programs but not one is like Extreme Makeover. Sorry i don't have good English, i am Spanish but im trying only for Extreme Makeover, This program make you fell like really you can change now the doctor can do everything, if you work hard you can lose punts, this program give us i lot of tips to how look better, nothing is imposible if you really want to do something in this life. Thanks for give me this change to leave mi message and I'll be waiting to see this program again.

  What was so special about Extreme Makeover was the emotion that ran through when first: The contestants first saw themselves and second: When the contestants family and friends first saw them. It made a person want to cry because of their overwhelming joy. The transformations were incredible. Changes beyond the contestants expectation took place before their very eyes. When viewers can't take their eyes off the set because they are afraid of missing the big "Reveal" you have to know you have a great show. The show was very professionally done and the crew was great to watch as well. What a shame it's gone.

  I want to know how i can be transformed at Extreme Makeover ?
  I see every day the show on a romanian chanell and i wish look well with "Extreme Makeover" help.'
  How is make it the selection, wich criteria, how much cost .....
  I live in Romania, Bucharest city .. and i don`t know if the show is available for Europe and my country too.
  If it is please someone give me the information how i can be transformed by Extreme Makeover and in witch conditions.
  After i see some of Extreme Makeover at TV, i really want be other person .... Hope have an answer soon!

  thats all i gotta say pure sexyness ok so i have to have atleast 100 words and all i can think of is ty is hot super hottie i cant really think of much more to say oh well the show is good they do a good service for people in need and the houses are amazing i dont know how they do it all in only one week its very cool i wonder if they have a budget i know they get slot of stuff cheap or free by showing free advertising like for sears and such well thats 100 +

  You should bring back the show. Alot of us believe that shows like this are our only chance of improving ourselves. I wanted to apply to be on this show because my boyfriend and I plan on getting married and I want to look my best. Even with him in the military-we cant afford this kind of makeover. Also the show has a positive effect on the people on it. It makes them stronger and their self-esteem stronger. They are able to face the world. They are able to go out and face things that couldnt face before. The show is sadly missed by me.
