It's just that good... Honestly, I started watching the series less than a week ago, and I'm already halfway through the series. I'd been hearing great things about it for awhile, and I always thought they were exaggerated, but I see now that I was horribly mistaken. I truly believe that this show is likely to be the best one ever created.
There is just nothing to criticize, except maybe that it couldn't go on longer... And that's the fault of the network, not the show. So see? Nothing to criticize.
John and Aeryn are possibly the cutest couple in all television history. I love them together!!!
I also think all the actors are amazing. They put such great work into their performances and I think that definitely comes across on the show. I particularly love Claudia Black because I just think it's amazing how she can go from a character to Aeryn to one like Vala and make both seem so real! I love that she brought so much depth to Aeryn, so she became so much more than a hardened warrior, but still kept her strong and independent.
As well, I love the technical aspects of the show. It seems the camera is always moving and I love the interesting uses of light. Plus, the unique look of the aliens, so most of them don't look human - like on some other shows.
Truly a magnificent show!!
