Frank's first job was to talk for Fred on "Scooby-Doo Where are You".
He is well known as the "Voice God", because he has done so many voice overs.
He grew up with his brother Norman in Denver, Colorado.

Before he began his career as a voice actor, Welker was a live-action character actor, and appeared in such films as Elvis' The Trouble with Girls(edit)
