Dr. Conroy has to attend the opening of a new style power plant. Buzz begs his father to let him go along so that he cans see some of the new wonders. A tremendous surge goes through the power plant creating a monster made out of pure electricity. Buzz summons Frankenstein Jr. to try and save the plant and his father.

A fellow scientist calls Dr. Conroy to tell him about a new discovery he has made. The call is abruptly interrupted so Dr. Conroy goes to check on his friend when he is unable to reconnect. Once at his lab Dr. Conroy discovers he had been working on special formula involving spider venom and there is no sign of his friend or his lab workers.

Dr. Conroy takes Buzz along with him on a convention trip. To pass the time Buzz visits some of the local sites including a very interesting looking wax museum. Unknown to Buzz the museum is being ran by a scientist long thought dead and looking for revenge from the visiting scientists. He recognizes Buzz and takes him hostage. Buzz now must find a way to contact his father or Frankenstein Jr. for help.

A giant brain from outer space comes to Earth and captures Buzz and his dad.

Buzz and his dad have been captured by a giant brain from outer space and Frankenstein Jr. is called in to help out.

Dr. Conroy spots a UFO and investigates. When he is captured it is up to young Buzz and his pal Frankenstein Jr. to make a rescue attempt.

Buzz is playing outside when he notices a strange plant that he doesn't remember seeing before. He shows it to his father who takes some samples so he can run some tests. He is amazed to discover that they come from somewhere other than Earth. When he goes to tell Buzz the news he is nowhere to be found. Dr. Conroy fears that the plants may be involved and calls in Frankenstein Jr. to help him find Buzz.

An inventor is trying to come up with a new camera that will make pictures look much more life-like. Shortly after running hi latest test he is reported missing by his friend. Buzz hears about the missing inventor and decides to do some investigating and turns up missing himself. Dr. Conroy quickly starts an investigation of his own to find his missing son.

The Junk Man sets out to destroy Frankenstein Jr. with his latest creation, Junkzilla. He sets a trap by stealing a safe to draw the attention on Buzz knowing that Frankenstein Jr. will called in to help. Who will win this battle of giant robots?

Dr. Conroy is asked to help when a water treatment plant's personnel all disappear. He discovers a pattern of electronic spikes every time that someone was reported missing. It turns out that the plant has accidentally created a monster that is made out of water and hungry for power. Will Dr. Conroy, Buzz and Frankenstein Jr. be able to put a stop to this monster?

Dr. Conroy is asked to help when an evil dictator in Iraq takes over the country with the use of his genie. The only hope lies in the hands of Dr. Conroy in the form of Frankenstein Jr., his robot.

A disgruntled scientist threatens to use his trained birds to get revenge on the people who fired him from the local college. The college officials dismiss the threat as a bluff until people start to disappear. They then call in Dr. Conroy and Frankenstein Jr. to try and stop him.

When a group of Robot Creatures invade Earth Buzz and Frankenstein Jr. make a plan to try and save the world.

Dr. Conroy and Buzz are on vacation in China when the good doctor gets an urgent phone call. It appears as if someone or something is creating havoc in the area stealing livestock, destroying roads and generally causing problems for the locals. Can he get to the bottom of the problem before it's too late?

Baron Von Ghoul is hiding out in an abandoned movie studio in London. He reassembles three of the monsters from his movies and sets them loose on the city. Scotland Yard calls in Professor Conroy and his son Buzz to help them stop him.

The Mad Inventor unveils his latest threat to law and order, the Monstermobile, that he is going to use to steal money while keeping himself safe from Frankenstein Jr. and the police.

Buzz is waiting for his father outside the Science Hall when he sees Mr. Menace with his new monster. Mr. Menace has his monster steal a $1,000,000 dollar coin collection and then kidnaps Buzz. Buzz calls his friend Frankenstein Jr. to save him. Will he be in time?
