Peter Outerbridge (Dr. David Sandstrøm in Regenesis) has a cameo as an unnamed doctor. The character he plays is very similar to Dr. Sandstrøm, albeit a bit cleaner and nicer (even wearing a lab coat) but the specific situation would totally call for the head of Norbac.
