Bobby Bonelli, a 32-year old man has just graduated from the police academy and is assigned to the 74th precinct, considered the worst precinct in New York. His partner is a gung ho rookie who want to only be called by his last name Van Ness.
But Bobby Bonelli's job is not only to protect and serve the citizen but he must clear up the corruption in Fort Pit, a mission that leads him into a fight with the legendary Jack Cade.
