When she volunteers as a coach for a charity basketball game, DJ chooses Danny, Joey, and Jesse to play on her team. The only problem is that Jesse can barely dribble a ball (literally) and despite a cram practice session with the guys, he seems to be a hopeless case. But when a certain NBA sensation shows up at the basketball court, will he have what it takes to prepare Jesse for the big event? Meanwhile, Becky--who doesn't have the heart to be honest about a hideous blouse that Stephanie made for her at school--opts instead to sport it in public. Read full recap »

If you notice when Jesse is shooting hoops by himself when Danny and Joey leave, you will see when Jesse misses, an arm in the corner of the screen roll the basketball back to Jesse. edit »
Danny refers to Basketball as America's nation pastime, but infact Baseball is America's nation pastime, not basketball. edit »
If you notice the basketball when Comet makes the basket, it's a different ball. It's very shiny and lightweight. When Jesse asks for the ball after Comet makes his shot, it's a regular basketball. edit »
During the first season, in Just one of the Guys, Danny, Joey, Cousin Steve, and Jesse go off to shoot hoops. Jesse knows how to play basketball. But in Air Jesse, we find that Jesse stinks at basketball.

In this episode, Comet the dog shoots a basketball (and makes it!) by bouncing it off his nose when Joey tosses it to him. In the 2000 film Air Bud, the premise was that a dog (a golden retriever, just like Comet) knew how to shoot baskets the exact same way. edit »

DJ starts a bball team with Kareem Adbul-Jabbar as the Head Coach. The 3 guys decide to put their own team together. However, things like that don't come easy. Jesse stinks at basketball and can only make shots from his "Sweet Spot." ...Continue »
