Full House: D.J.'s Very First Horse

As Danny and Becky shoot an episode of Wake Up, San Francisco at a local stable (complete with Danny milking an actual cow), DJ bonds immediately with Rocket, a sweet and gentle horse who appears to be in need of a loving owner. Aware that her father would not accept this kind of family pet, DJ joins forces with Kimmy to secretly earn the money and purchase Rocket. All is going well until Kimmy backs out at the last minute, and as DJ's buries herself deeper in the lies, she may soon be in a heap of trouble with her father. Read full recap »

She decides that if she and Kimmy combine their savings and their allowance, they'll have just enough money, but it doesn't seem that DJ is aware of the fact that it is a weekly fee. Becky: Almost every night.

Becky: I'm sorry, I can't tonight. I have to work on my show.
Jesse: It's the weekend.
Becky: I know, but this job is a big opportunity for me, and I really have to stay focused.

DJ: You know how much I love horses, and I just thought that if I could show you I could take care of Rocket all by myself, you would let me keep him.
Danny: Why didn't you just come to me in the first place?
DJ: Well, I started to, but then I thought you were gonna say no, so I stopped.
Danny: So you went ahead and did exactly what you wanted to!
DJ: I'm sorry, Dad.
Danny: Well, I'm sorry too, because now I've got a big problem.
DJ: What?
Danny: Well, you got a horse without my permission, you lied to me about where you've been after school, and you involved your sister in this! For the past two weeks, it's been nothing but lies, hasn't it?
DJ: (near tears) Yeah.
Danny: So how I am gonna know if I can trust you anymore? edit »
Kimmy: (to DJ about Stephanie) Are you sure you want to trust her? She is such a blabbermouth.
Stephanie: I am not! Nobody knows about the Halloween candy hidden in my sock drawer. (pauses) I am a blabbermouth!

Stephanie: Would you like something to eat, Harry?
Harry: Sure. I'll have a steak, medium rare.
Stephanie: We're out of steak. I'll make you my specialty, cheese doughnuts!
Harry: How do you make that?
Stephanie: It's easy. (folds a piece of cheese in half, takes a bite out of the middle, and opens it back up) See? Cheese doughnuts!
