When Jesse starts suffering from writer's block, Joey becomes an unlikely source for inspiration as Jesse prepares his latest commercial jingle. Upon realizing that he and Joey could work quite well together, Jesse convinces his buddy to become his partner in the advertising business, which works just fine until Joey alienates Jesse by making a foolish decision. Back at home, DJ and Stephanie's sisterly squabbles create excess noise in the Tanner household, and Danny devotes his time to potty training his youngest daughter.

Stephanie: It so happens I do.
DJ: Who?

Harry: Me?!?
Stephanie: You're a boy. You're my friend. That makes you my boyfriend.

Harry: It made me wanna cookie so bad! (edit) Jesse: Sometimes when you're angry, you say things you don't mean. You girls know that, you fight all the time.

Jesse: Haven't you ever seen that show My Two Dads? Two is all you need!
My Two Dads is a self-explanatory sitcom that premiered in 1987 and starred Paul Reiser and Greg Evigan as the title characters. Even more interestingly, Reiser was one of Full House creator Jeff's Franklin's top two choices for the role of Danny Tanner, but he was eliminated quickly because he had already signed on to star in My Two Dads. The part of Danny went to Bob Saget, who was Franklin's other top choice. (edit) This episode's title may be a variation on the popular Christmas carol Jingle Bells. (edit)
