Colonel Mustang is forced to hunt down Ed and Al when the Fuhrer orders the capture of the Elric brothers. Meanwhile, Winry arrives in Risembool and is approached by a mysterious man who mistakes her for someone else. When the same man appears later at Pinako's, Winry is shocked to find out who he is.

Starting with this episode Ed nararates a new opening statement. Also during the opening statemen, the camera zooms further into the picture frame to show Ed and Al as they are now.

In the Adult Swim airing of this episode the music is about 1 second slower than the video in the beginning of the theme song. (edit) Goof: When Hohenhiem is kneeling in the graveyard looking at the Rockbell's headstones, the 'R' in Sara Rockbell's name isn't capitalized. Her name is shown as "Sara rockbell". (edit) In the original Japanese version Al always said the opening statement. However, the US version was changed to have Ed say the new opening statement instead. (edit) This episode marks the first appearance of Hohenheim Elric. (edit)

The Stray DogGreat "A very special episode" Ed and Al are on the run from the military. It basicly ends with Ed, Al, Winry, Cheska, Roy, Hawkeye, and some of the others from the military are all by the river. Also you get to see Ed and Al's dad for the first time.
