Injustice and the Cobra Way

The Joes have to protect Washington DC, because the Cobras plan to steal the US Constitution. The Joes fail, but a new hero in the sky saves the Constitution! It's Serpent Man. The Joes soon question his motives, but how do you fight a hero?
