The Joes are off in the Himalayas and help to bring electricity into a village. There are news crews fallowing them, witch have no good word left for the Joes.
Meanwhile Cobra has come up with a new plan to conquer the world. They heard that some monks have the power to call for "Dragonfire", an energy that can destroy everything. Cobra tries to get this power. Cobra uses a fraud to get to the power.
