firefly never got cancelled, it ran its full series, as there was x number of it, and then there was its movie that finished it all up.
I'm afraid you are terribly misinformed. It was indeed cancelled.

You'd think that with the truth being a google search away, people wouldn't make such silly posts. It's called the information superhighway, use it.

Firefly and Everwood I would say are my top picks, though there are plenty that got cancelled way to soon which would be easier to stand if there weren't so many shows that lingered on way past their prime...scrubs :cough:

Veronica Mars. I am quite glad I only started watching it last month cause I would been crushed had it been cancelled and I watched it while it was aired.

One show comes to mind, Jericho. That second season was a shocker IMO. First season was brilliant, they should have never cancelled it after season 1. Im fine with a cancellation after season 2 thoug.h

I disagree. Veronica Mars jumped the shark in season 3, and even season 2 was kind of unnecessary. I mean, the first season is pretty well self-contained.

Fair enough, that's your opinion. I'll agree S1 was the best season but I loved S2 and have been loving S3 so far (although I haven't finished it). I don't really see where it's jumped the shark or anything.

So glad to see others remembered Earth 2 - that was a great show.

Many others have been mentioned already too but here's a list off the top of my head that I was sad to see go:

    Dirty Sexy Money

    Pushing Daisies

    Firefly

    Studio Sixty

    Knights of Prosperity

Knights of Prosperity may have just been a silly comedy but I really liked it and it only got to air 6 episodes before being cancelled. I don't understand how networks expect new shows to pick up a following with practically no promotion or time to build up a fan base. I feel like if a pilot gets the green light then they should at least commit to airing the first season. I hate when I get into a storyline and then am just left hanging.

Life on Mars was such a good show. I'm still kinda bummed about that. Also I know this show ran for 5 years but I think Angel got canned to quick. And Freeks and Geeks. Probably some others that I can't think of.

Enterprise, Sports Night, Earth 2, Star Trek, Firefly, Space:Above and Beyond, Starhunter, the 1st Doctor Who (26 years was not long enough) to name a few off the top of my head. I know as soon as I sign off more will come to me.

I am too sure how many Reaper fans there are in here like myself, and I hope that this reaches anyone who will help. REAPER IS NOT DEAD YET! It was dropped off by CW and ABC didnt get it syndicated for this up coming season, but ABC has said themselves they love Reaper and are open to alot. Over at www.reaperdmv.com we are organizing a petition of the sorts in a dvd reciept collection. If you can, want, or have bought the reaper seasons 1 or 2 dvds, please visit this site above and check out the Save Reaper campaign. All we need is your reciept! Thanks for listening!

I have to say Joan of Arcadia because the last episode of the 2nd season just...ended. It could've led off to a 3rd season to resolve stuff.

I could so use another season of Reaper(love Socks character) and I was pretty messed up about The Riches. The one that gets me though is Dead Like Me, Im still grieving about it being canceled. Ill never get over it, even with the movie. I sure wish Laura Harris would have reprised her role that would have made the movie so much better.
