Aside from her regular role in Boston Public, she also appeared in Ally McBeal, Sliders, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. In 2007, she guest-starred as a possessed woman in NBC's sci-fi drama Medium.
Gina also appeared in several movies in the '90s before breaking out with the movie Jeepers Creepers co-starring Justin Long. In the mid-2000s, Gina has segued into film producing as well.
